Agreement

By joining the waitlist or using Swepee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Swepee is currently in a pre-launch period. Features described on this site may change before or after launch.

The service

Swepee turns podcast videos into short vertical clips: it transcribes the source, uses a language model to select strong moments, and renders 9:16 clips with burned-in captions and speaker-aware framing.

Your content

You are responsible for the source media and URLs that you submit. You must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit that material and create clips from it.

You keep ownership of your source material and of the clips generated from it. You grant Swepee the limited rights needed to process, store, and display that material to you and to anyone you share a clip link with.

Acceptable use

Do not use Swepee for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute malware, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Automated output

Generated clips, captions, and suggested moments are automated output. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of context. Review them before publishing or relying on them.

Availability and limits

Video platforms, email providers, transcription providers, and language-model providers can fail, restrict access, or change their limits. Swepee may be unavailable, may impose usage limits, or may not be able to process every source.

Swepee is provided "as is" during the pre-launch and early-access period, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swepee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Swepee at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. Swepee may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Changes

Swepee may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops, and may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site, and the date above always reflects the current version.
